I've done both of those steps and Netflix is still showing the same error code. Can you give a different solution?

My brand new HP Spectre 360 has the same error code that everyone else has referenced - I have tried the options suggested to no avail.  Is there a fix in process?  This is a little silly - this is one of the reasons I wanted a 2 in 1...
